Yes,
the first word uttered by Bush will be the time to be noted
down (regarding Horoscope of oath taking ceremony). But then
the horoscope of Bush is what needs closest scrutiny. There
is no altruism or great creative impulse throbbing in it but
then he has won the election and is the president elect. Whether
he will complete the term or not will depend on our examination
of the horoscope of the Republican Party also which we do
not have. What lagna are you getting and what degrees? Is
it Kanya with 28 degrees? If the oath is delayed and Tula
allowed to rise, the entire reading will undergo a change.
I have
been very neutral even in Indian elections though I have my
private opinions. In the case of the USA, my neutrality is
much easier.
Yet,
the office of the president of the USA is that of the world's
most powerful man capable of influencing the
contemporary history just as it happened during the First
World War when Woodrow Wilson was the president and the Second
World War when FDR was. Both were the presidents from Democratic
Party which leads me on to the guess that the horoscope of
Democratic Party must show involvement in wars It gets confirmed

was in power during any major involvement in an international
war.
I of
course do not take Iraq war when senior Bush was the president
of the USA seriously as a war. It was no better than an ordinary
basketball match for the USA which fought it on behalf of
the UN But then I have to keep in mind the planetary position
of May 2002.
According to a story in the Mahabharata and Padma Purana the
transit of Saturn in Vrisha (Taurus) and in Rohini Nakshatra,

In the meantime, world economic situation seems to be sliding
into an enigmatic torpor.
In influencing
the world situation the US president has his pivotal role.
It is for this reason that astrologers should be interested
in the oath though the will of God and his scheme will prevail
and what can we do?
