Anthrax bacteria

Some news about anthrax bacteria has been shown in India's television channels and also on CNN. What can it mean? But they said that it was only the second case. It can mean something innocuous and not a terrorist act.

I do not know what this bacteria is and how soon its effects are felt and detected on human body.

I am wondering what can Mars, Ketu and Moon conjoined mean except germs, chemicals, waters and explosion.
