Changes in the world take place when Saturn and Jupiter
and together or in one seven position from each other.
If they
are joined with benefic planets then these changes are pleasant.
If they
are aspected or conjoined by Mars these changes can be violent.
Similarly
note the conjunction or opposition of
Saturn+
Rahu
Saturn+Ketu
Saturn+Mars
These
permutations can be worked out.
When
Jupiter is under double malefic influence, its ceases to be
a benefic and becomes a terrible malefic.
In September
2001 Jupiter is in Mithuna with Rahu and is aspected by Mars.
It was in this month, on 11 September that the WTC tragedy
took place in New York.
Now to
see how Jupiter becomes a malefic I am giving another instance.

A unique
method of making annual predictions is also to make the annual
horoscope of a nation whose birth details you have.
For instance,
let us take the horoscope for 4 July 1776, at 9/45 am Philadelphia.
If you
see the annual horoscope or Varshaphal, you will see Saturn
in the lagna (Vrisha) and Mars in the seventh house. In mundane
astrology, the seventh house is the house of war, international
relations, international treaties etc. Also for women.
The sixth
house is territory in mundane astrology. If you see old horoscope
of Japan of 1889 and make the varshaphal for 1941, we can
see how Japan enter the war by making a territorial attack.
To see
what is likely to happen in Japan this year, make the annual
horoscope or varshaphal for Japan for 2001.
When
you do mundane astrology always keep either a diary, or store
relevant chronological events in your computer especially
for mundane events. The dates should never wrongs.
What
you see in the annual horoscope should also be visible in
one or two or three pratyantardasha of the antardasha of the
mahadasha running, which synchronises with the annual horoscope.
ECLIPSES
Every
year some eclipses take place. The eclipse is along the Rahu-Ketu
axis.
But it
is advisable to make a horoscope for the beginning time of
the eclipse for the place in the country where it is visible
and examine each of the houses.
For example
the year 2001 started with an eclipse and fifteen days after
that we had a terrible earthquake in Gujarat.
