HOW TO MAKE USE OF HINDU NEW YEAR FOR MAKING ANNUAL PREDICTIONS
FOR DIFFERENT COUNTRIES
1. The first step is to cast the annual for India. Note down
the planets and degrees, which will remain UNCHANGED ALWAYS.
2. Now convert the Indian time into the time of the country
concerned. For example if you want to make a horoscope for
Japan follow the example given here.
In the
year 1994 in India Chaitra Shukla Pratipada started on 11
April at 5/47 a.m.
Always
cast the horoscope for the capital of the country concerned.
In the
case of India it will be Delhi and for Japan it will be Tokyo.
Now,
to make the horoscope for Japan takes the time for India and
adds

Indian Time is 5 47
Add 3 30

You get 9 17
-------------------------------------
So make
a horoscope for Japan for this time which 9/17 Tokyo.
For USA
To get
it for USA deduct ten hours and thirty minutes from the Indian
time.

Having
made the horoscope, always see the navamsha. In the case of
countries, which are contiguous or close to each other, you
will get the same lagna but the navamsha will be different.
In all the cases, it is the navamsha, which becomes important.
Proceed
to analyse each horoscope from each house first.
Then
see the conjunctions of planets.
Next,
see the aspects of planets.
Read
this as has been given briefly in my book Science of Astrology
from pages 84 to 87 and then interpret the meaning.
To do
it, you must keep a good background of the events of the country
concerned.
Always
prepare horoscopes for some years before and years later and
see them jointly.
Let me
explain by taking the horoscope of USA for the Hindu New Year
2001 on the basis of which many Hindu astrologers could easily
see the danger to USA but not a single western astrologer
could either see it or predict it. Why this happened can be
seen easily in the annual Hindu New Year horoscope for USA
in 2001.
